Ben brings more than 23 years of experience in project management, contract administration and construction delivery. As Associate Director, he combines strong technical knowledge with practical experience to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, collaboratively and to the highest standard.

Ben has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams, overseeing contract administration and providing technical support throughout construction. His practical understanding of buildability, quality assurance and project risk enables him to solve problems before they become issues.

Known for his straightforward approach and calm leadership, Ben works closely with clients, contractors and consultants to deliver projects that balance quality, value and long-term performance.

Emily is the central point of contact for both clients and staff, recognised for her organisation, problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects moving. Her background in business administration and accounting, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, has helped streamline internal systems and strengthen client service.
